We have, at times various speakers come in and give us some very informative information on various topics. We also have on going debates about how, for example, Chesterville got it's name. There are some very strong minded people in the society and thanks to there strong will many things get done. We are well ahead of Winchester when it comes to the history of Chesterville. I will be adding a link soon and begin to document as much as I can from information gathered on the origin of Chesterville and where the first settlers, settled. I also had the good fortune to visit the original home build by Mr. Allison's home that he was buying furniture in England when he made the fateful decision to come home on the Titanic. The rest is History and our connection to the Titanic in Chesterville. Any other choice and there would be no connection and the house would be just another well to do family in the Chesterville Area.
